During the transitional phase, activities carried out in Québec by mutual fund dealers registered in Québec will remain subject to the provisions of Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations and the applicable laws of Québec. The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the Chambre de la sécurité financière (CSF) will continue to regulate these activities during this transitional phase.
