The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), Certified General Accountants Association of Canada (CGA), and The Society of Management Accountants of Canada (CMA) have established a new national organization, Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) as part of the unification of the Canadian accounting profession. As of July 2015, all provincial mergers are complete.
