Toronto (Ontario) – January 22, 2024 –A hearing on the merits in the matter of Zahir Lehri was held before a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) on November 13, 2023 and January 11, 2024. After hearing submissions from Enforcement Staff and Zahir Lehri with respect to the merits of this matter, the hearing panel reserved judgment and advised they will issue their decision and written reasons in due course.
