February 13, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – A hearing has been scheduled before a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) in the matter of Michael Hiram Levine.
Mr. Levine requested a review of a decision of the Registration Subcommittee of the Ontario District Council dated November 2, 2017 which imposed terms and conditions on his registration and approval as a Registered Representative with IIROC.
The hearing is open to the public, unless the panel orders otherwise. The decision of the Hearing Panel will be made available at www.iiroc.ca.
