MFDA amend first appearance start time in the matter of Kindle Blythe and Mohammad Movassaghi

April 16, 2019 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Kindle Briten Megan Blythe (“Blythe”) and Mohammad Movassaghi (“Movassaghi”) (or together referred to as the “Respondents”) by Notice of Hearing dated March 21, 2019.

The first appearance in this proceeding will take place by teleconference at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific) on May 28, 2019, having previously been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. (Pacific) the same day. A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondents carried on business in the Vancouver, British Columbia area.
